- Check in 3 pm. Check out 12 pm. Late check-out can be requested at the Reception.
- Full payment is due at time of check in. No refund for early check outs.
- Return room key(s), remote control for air conditioning unit if paid for AC to the Reception at time of check out.
- Rooms will be cleaned “by request only” due to COVID (except long term rentals-see long term rental contract).
- USD $5 for each lost key (no charge first time). USD $5 deposit for each additional key requested.
- No smoking in the room.
- No pet allowed in the room.
- Manager can arrange paid laundry service for guests, please inquire at Reception.
- It is against hotel policy for Kite Beach Inn employees to make side business deals with hotel guests. For your own safety and protection, please do not make side business agreements with our employees. Kite Beach Inn cannot be held responsible for disputes and mishaps resulting from such dealings.
- Independent kite-boarding instructors are NOT allowed to solicit business nor teach off Kite Beach Inn.
- Kite Beach Inn is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
- Kite Beach Inn is not responsible for injuries caused by reckless, disruptive and drunk behavior of guests.
- Kite Beach Inn has the right to evict guests who use illegal drugs on Kite Beach Inn property (no refund).
- Kite Beach Inn has the right to evict rowdy, disruptive or excessively loud guests (no refund).
- All hotel guests are required to provide 1 form of photo identification at check in.
- All non-hotel guests must be accompanied by a hotel guest to be allowed on Kite Beach Inn property.
- All non-hotel guests must have 1 form of photo identification and must register with our security guard after office hours.
- Please do not leave personal belongings unattended in public areas.
- Kite Beach Inn is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
- There are clothing lines for guests to line dry their clothes. Please do not hang dry your clothes in public areas.
- Communal kitchen is closed due to COVID hotel protocol.
- Moto Conchos (Moto Taxi) is an economic way to get you anywhere in Cabarete. The fare is 100 pesos per person. Please make sure the driver agrees to this rate BEFORE getting on a moto.
- Guaguas (Minivan) is a shared public transportation van or bus that starts early morning till sunset. The fare is 50 pesos per person to Cabarete, 50 pesos to Sosua and 100 pesos to Puerto Plata.
- Regular Taxi to all destinations can be arranged at the Reception.
- Tapwater is not drinkable.
- Cooking is allowed only in rooms with kitchenette or full kitchen.
- The Dominican shop across the street sells fruits, vegetables, water, drinks, food and other basics.
- There are a few restaurants within a 3-minute walk from the hotel and many more in town.
